Frequently asked questions
How much is postage?
Postage is charged by total weight of the goods to be sent, which is calculated at the time of checkout. We do not profit on postage, so the amount charged will be the same as Royal Mail, plus a small charge of 0.58p to cover packaging and processing.
What is the delivery time?
Most items are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being received. Actual delivery times are dependant upon Royal Mail service, but generally special delivery is next day, 1st class is 1-3 days, and second class 2-5 days. Royal mail state that 1st class parcels may take up to working 15 days for delivery. If an item is delayed, it is necessary to wait 15 working days before any claim or investigation can be made.
Can I receive by next day?
Please select "Special Delivery" as your delivery option. If goods are in stock and if your order is made before 1pm from Monday to Thursday. Special delivery parcels that are dispatched on Friday may be received on Saturday but Royal Mail cannot guarantee this. These will likely be delivered on the Monday.

If you decide to buy online or over the telephone, a confirmation of order will be sent via email. Upon its dispatch, a second confirmation email will be sent. If there are any problems with any part of your order, we will keep you informed via email. We would like to thank you for shopping with us.

Royal Mail First Class, Special Delivery or Courier next day is available for the U.K. Goods to the European Union will be charged at current postage rates.
We carry the majority of lines in our online shop but there are occasions when items are special orders. Your goods should arrive within 2-3 days unless you have a specific arrangement with us for next day delivery. If your order is received on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday. We will always send stock items straight away with any out of stock products being sent as soon as available at no extra cost to you.
