Goods in accordance with the contract cannot be returned without the Company's authorisation. This must be within 30 days of purchase (This does not include specially obtained products). Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in an as new condition complete with the original manufactures packaging, at the buyer's expense and a cancellation/handling charge will normally be made of up to 15%.
Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for the use and application intended. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of specifications, descriptions and images, customers are advised to check the exact specifications prior to ordering where variations may affect intended performance.
Inspection of Goods
You must inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for a delivery you accept that the goods have been received in good usable condition. Never sign for goods as ‘not checked’. If goods are damaged on delivery you should not accept them and inform the courier to return them to the sender. You must inform us of this within 24 hours of delivery. In the unlikely event of the goods being delivered faulty or damaged we undertake to deliver replacement goods free of charge.
Return of faulty goods
If an item proves to be faulty or damaged customers must contact the customer service department on 0117 9575080 to arrange return. Goods must be returned in the original packaging complete with any relevant instruction manuals. Any lost or damaged manuals and packaging is payable by the customer.
